The number of homes for sale in West Volusia is increasing from last year.
The total number of available homes for sale in West Volusia was up 8.8% in May 2019 from a year previously. This combined with increased construction is resulting in more inventory for buyers who were once very limited on their choices. For sellers this could mean longer times on the market and eventually may lead to lower sales prices. If you would like additional information on how the market might impact you, four business, or your neighborhood, let's schedule a time to talk.
