Florida Population Growth Estimates

Bureau of Economics and Business Research, Florida Population Studies

Florida could see a population growth of nearly 1.3 million citizens as Baby Boomers look for more enticing environments to move to for their retirement years.

Volusia County is estimated to see as much as a 5.4% population growth between 2018-2020. This influx of new dwellers will continue to fuel new construction and possibly existing home prices.
